The HR Systems and Data Team is responsible for supporting and developing the new iTrent HR and Payroll System, enabling users to fully utilize the applications. The team provides leadership and technical advice on system applications to maximize productivity and system performance.
This role is part of the HR Systems team, focusing on application support and maintenance of HR systems to ensure effective service delivery.
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for delivering insightful HR management information, key workforce indicators, and analyses that support strategic decision-making. The team currently uses SAP Business Objects for MI reporting.
