Qualifications

• Senior HR or Resourcing professional with recruitment background who progressed into workforce planning or resourcing leadership.
• Strong project management and delivery planning skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with data reporting experience.
• Experience using Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workforce and resourcing plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to address hiring and resource challenges.
• Lead workforce planning across a large-scale transformation programme.
• Analyse HR and resourcing data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Produce clear reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved through effective project management.
