• Proven track record as a senior HRBP in a globally complex, commercially driven organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to link people decisions to business performance.
• Credibility with senior executives and ability to influence across geographies.
• Experience leading across multiple stakeholders and matrix environments.
