Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a client who is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support a business acquisition and integration project.

This hands‑on role works closely with senior stakeholders to guide people aspects of the acquisition for around 100 employees, delivering HR leadership through the transition, employee communications, change programs and a smooth onboarding into the wider group.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Manager or Senior HRBP experience.
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR aspects of a business acquisition and integration.
• Support employee communications and organisational change during transition.
• Coordinate integration planning and onboarding into the wider group.
