Job summary

3E is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead UK HR operations amid a strategic integration following the Yordas Group acquisition. You will partner with employees and leaders to ensure effective day-to-day HR activities, strengthen people practices, and contribute to regional and global initiatives as the organization evolves.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager-level experience in regional or multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
• Hands-on employee relations experience, including handling sensitive matters.
• Experience managing complex HR processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to UK employees, managers and leaders on ER, performance, absence, grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
• Navigate organizational changes, integration activities, new HR processes, benefits, communications, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, changes, leave, benefits, and records.
• Ensure payroll-related compliance and liaise with Finance and external providers.
• Manage HR vendors and ensure high-quality employee support.
• Maintain HR policies and SOPs in line with legislation and business needs.
• Support HR reporting and data integrity in HRIS.
• Collaborate with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and regional HR colleagues on initiatives.
