Role Overview

As a People Consultant (HR Manager) at PwC, you will work with business leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute the people strategy, enhancing employee experience and business performance. Supporting Senior People Consultants, you will provide consultation on people strategy, policies, and programmes for your assigned Business Units.

You will manage your portfolio and build relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify solutions. You will advise on all aspects of the people agenda and handle complex escalations and people challenges.

Daily Responsibilities

  1. Lead delivery of cyclical HR activities such as performance, reward, and talent management, and support firmwide strategic projects.
  2. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing support, coaching, and challenge on people issues within their Business Unit.
  3. Analyze large datasets to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with HR support functions and SME business partners to deliver on specific people priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience across HR disciplines, promoting employee development and organizational success.
  • Proven track record in delivering HR processes like performance reviews and reward systems.
  • Experience managing performance improvement plans and advising on employee relations.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
  • Excellent communicator capable of leading difficult conversations.
  • Skilled in HR data analysis to inform decision-making.
