Your new role

This role will suit an experienced HR generalist, a talented and dedicated HR professional looking for a rewarding position with the skills to deliver HR services supporting further success. Your HR responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with the management team to develop the HR Business Strategy and objectives, aligning them with the overall strategic business plan.
  2. Providing professional advice and support to Directors and Managers on employment legislation.
  3. Focusing on employee learning and development through appraisals, coaching, and training programs to support business goals.
  4. Proactively supporting change management, recruitment initiatives, and other HR activities.
