A global manufacturing business in Bristol is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple sites in the UK. This role involves strategic support, policy development, and managing a small HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational environment, and hold Chartered CIPD membership. Our client is a global manufacturing business based in Bristol, and Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of HR Manager.
The HR Manager will be based in Bristol but will manage all HR & personnel matters across three sites in the UK.

Reporting to and working closely with the directors, the HR Manager's duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
You will be an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner, preferably familiar with working in a large or multinational organization. Experience in the manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
You should be highly motivated, professional, and ideally hold Chartered CIPD membership.
The HR Manager will be based in Bristol but will provide HR support for businesses in Yorkshire and the East Midlands, so regular travel will be required.
