A leading recruitment company is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations in Bristol and Reading. The role involves providing strategic and operational HR support to around 550 employees, with a focus on Employee Relations and UK employment law. Alexander Lloyd is supporting a key client in the professional services sector with the recruitment of a new HR Manager.
This role will oversee both the Bristol and Reading offices, providing first-class HR advice and guidance across the Tax, Audit, and Advisory departments.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for approximately 550 employees, offering advice, guidance, and first-point HR support. This role combines operational and strategic responsibilities and offers opportunities to engage in exciting HR projects.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Employee Relations and a thorough knowledge of UK employment law, with a confident and outgoing personality capable of delivering training as needed.
This organization offers a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will need to attend either the Bristol or Reading office at least once a week, with the third day flexible. Expenses for travel to the other office can be claimed.
The salary is up to £60,000 plus bonus.
