Senior Customer Success Manager - HR / ER SaaS Tech. UK Remote

Role Details:

• Remote position, visits to Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, at least twice a month
• Salary: £50,454 - £65,454

• Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible hours between 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role: Manage key accounts, support retention and renewal strategies, build long-term client relationships, and identify growth opportunities within HR tech environments. Lead initiatives and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success.

Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Customer Success or account management within SaaS, especially HR/ER tech; excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive, customer-centric, and data-savvy.
