Job Summary

The Human Resources Project Manager partners with the Human Resources team and cross-functional teams to ensure that human resources initiatives, programs, and policies align with our strategic goals. The HR Project Manager leads initiatives aimed at optimizing our human resources processes, systems, and organizational culture.

This position is open to candidates located anywhere in EMEA.

Essential Functions
  • Work with respective client groups to design organization structure, business processes, and systems that support their strategic goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the organization, including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Conduct research and analysis in areas involving compensation, job evaluations, and oversee compliance with regulations and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and project teams to automate HR data processes, improve reporting efficiency, and reduce manual workloads.
  • Ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resources, and policies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes such as talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement, ensuring consistency across the region.
  • Facilitate communication, translation, and incorporation of best HR practices across regional businesses.
  • Perform other projects as required by the business, functional units, and HR organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated impact on results.
  • Strong experience with HR data analysis, metrics, and KPIs, with the ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
