Job summary

Ericsson is offering a 12-month full-time HR placement in Reading to support People Business Partners across the UK, with a strong focus on Reading. Responsibilities

• Support People Business Partners in day-to-day HR activities and stakeholder management across UK, with focus in Reading.
• Help execute local and regional people strategic programs.
• Interpret and act on people analytics insights to inform decisions.
• Support compliance activities, such as employment relations and policy review.
• Assist in change and organizational initiatives and communications planning.
