Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Broughton, North Wales offers an undergraduate HR placement. You will join a proud team, contributing to the review and development of learning solutions and exploring innovative teaching methods.

You must be an undergraduate for the full duration, provide your graduation date, and include a CV with a Cover Letter. A HR/business administration degree or related technical degree is required, and Google Suite knowledge is essential; STEM backgrounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only for the whole duration of the placement.
• Must provide graduation date on application.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability required.
• HR/business degree or related technical degree requested.
• Knowledge of Google Suite required.
• Enthusiasm and interest in developing yourself in a technical team.
• STEM qualifications are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and development of learning solutions.
• Take advantage of new teaching methods (digital means).
• Participate in meetings with colleagues, managers and internal customers.
• Support delivery of practical training in workshops.
