Job summary

Bosch is offering an 11-month HR Learning and Development internship based in Denham. You will support training projects, assist with the intern programme, and contribute to evaluation processes while gaining exposure across the BUILD Programme.

The role is designed for undergraduates eligible for a work placement, with responsibilities including creating visuals and assisting trainers both on site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Studying an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology or Business.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning and Development team with projects.
• Assist in management of the intern programme.
• Support training evaluation processes.
• Cooperate with training administration team; create visuals; update internal websites.
