Job summary

Cronofy Limited is seeking an HR Lead on maternity cover to support the COO and own the full HR remit across the UK, NL and EOR arrangements. This hands-on generalist role spans onboarding, HR systems, policy, benefits and DEI, with visibility across the business.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, experience across multiple jurisdictions, and the ability to work 3 days a week. You can work remotely or hybrid from the UK, with Nottingham-based teams as a reference point.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist across multiple jurisdictions (UK/NL or EOR) is a strong plus.
• Proficient in managing HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Able to explain policy clearly and advise managers on sensitive HR matters.
• Organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload across 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding across UK, NL, and EOR arrangements.
• Serve as main HR contact for line managers and team queries.
• Own HRIS records and HR inbox; provide general HR administration.
• Support recruitment processes and policy/compliance updates.
• Coordinate benefits and insurance renewals and DEI initiatives.
• Oversee Health and Safety compliance across multiple offices.
