Job Description: HR Manager

The successful candidate needs to be an experienced HR Manager, joining a busy team overseeing all aspects of HR casework. This role covers approximately 700 employees across Libraries, Legal Departments, Financial Services, Marketing, Policy, and Property.

Responsibilities include providing oversight and accountability for all HR activities within the respective Departmental HR Service. The HR Manager will also offer strategic advisory support to management and employees regarding procedures, conditions of service, employment law, and government initiatives.
