LVMH is inviting an intern to join the First at Fendi Program in its London Headquarters. The role focuses on developing a dedicated HR project, onboarding newcomers, and digitalising HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle from induction to departure.

You will support payroll, recruitment, and HR reporting while gaining exposure to talent management and corporate HR priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a proactive, capable candidate.
• Experience in a Human Resources department is a plus.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Office suite) and ability to manage data.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Induction programme and Onboarding activities.
• Support HR Reports (FTE, joiners, leavers, payroll cost, etc.).
• Assist joiner and leaver processes for employees.
• Maintain HR files and update charts and systems.
• Participate in payroll process activities.
• Support Recruitment processes and post/update job ads.
• Screen candidate profiles and assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects.
