Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment lifecycle: coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and driving employer branding initiatives.
• Designing and delivering learning programs: coordinating training sessions, managing digital learning platforms, and upskilling employees.
• Assisting HR Business Partners: supporting day-to-day employee relations, onboarding new starters, and managing key HR projects.
• Analysing HR data: extracting and interpreting people metrics to support talent planning and diversity initiatives.
• Coordinating employee engagement events: organizing internal initiatives, wellness programs, and DEI campaigns.
• Managing HR administration: ensuring accurate employee records, updating internal systems, and supporting policy compliance.
