Job summary

ADP's Internship Programme is live for August 2027. We are seeking enthusiastic students taking a placement year to join us for a 12-month paid HR internship at our Staines office.

You'll support HR Business Partners on UK-wide projects, assist with employee relations, onboarding, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, while gaining real-world experience.

You will have a dedicated mentor and hands-on practice in a global HR team supporting 60,000 associates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in Human Resources/Business Management with HR.
• Interest in learning HR processes and policies.
• Desire to develop practical HR skills in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners on UK-wide initiatives and sector tasks.
• Assist with Employee Relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and capability matters.
• Create letters relating to compensation, promotions and changes of terms and conditions of employment.
• Gain hands-on experience with HR systems and analyse reports to provide insights.
• Build communication with teams and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Be part of a global HR team supporting 60,000 associates worldwide.
