You’ll work alongside experienced People professionals across Capital Delivery, gaining hands‑on experience across recruitment, learning and development, HR Projects, people analytics, early careers and colleague initiatives.

You’ll also work on real projects, bring your ideas and learn how the People function helps a complex organisation and its people perform at their best.

You’ll need:

• A 2:2 degree or above in HR, Business, Psychology, People Management or a related subject
• A genuine interest in developing a career in HR / People
• Good communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of people
• A willingness to learn and try new things
• The ability to organise your time, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Good attention to detail, particularly when working with people information and data
• The confidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and share your ideas
