Job summary

Anglian Water Services is offering a Graduate People role in Peterborough, Hybrid. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, L&D, HR Projects, people analytics and early careers within the Capital Delivery business area.

Starting September 2027, you will work with experienced People professionals, developing practical HR skills while contributing to real projects and initiatives that matter to communities and customers.

You’ll also work on real projects, bring your ideas and learn how the People function helps a complex organisation and its people perform at their best.

You’ll need:

• A 2:2 degree or above in HR, Business, Psychology, People Management or a related subject
• A genuine interest in developing a career in HR / People
• Good communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of people
• A willingness to learn and try new things
• The ability to organise your time, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Good attention to detail, particularly when working with people information and data
• The confidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and share your ideas
