Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Advisor to support a major infrastructure client across engineering and infrastructure projects. The role blends recruitment, onboarding, workforce management and employee relations.

The successful candidate will manage full recruitment cycles, partner with managers, and navigate HR operations across multiple vacancies and complex cases. Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing or utilities is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Generalist or HR Advisor or equivalent.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations and broader HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to understand workforce requirements.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for technical and operational roles.
• Coordinate interviews, references, offers and onboarding processes.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Support workforce planning, HR reporting and wider HR activities.
