Job summary

FRP Advisory is seeking a skilled People Adviser to join the People Team and partner with People Business Partners across the UK, Isle of Man and Cyprus. You will provide high‑quality HR support across the employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, professional services environment.

The role focuses on employee relations, policy application, performance management, organisational change, talent acquisition and onboarding, with emphasis on practical, commercially aware HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR advisory experience essential.
• Experience in a larger organisation with established People processes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters (discipline, grievance, absence).
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and advisory HR support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
• Support People Partners with employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
• Draft correspondence, meeting documentation and outcome letters for ER activity.
• Partner with managers to support effective people decision-making and capability building.
• Support organisational change initiatives including acquisitions and team changes.
• Assist with performance reviews, talent development and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and up-to-date People systems.
• Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for leadership."
• Contribute to People Team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
