HR Employment Bureau Redditch is seeking a proactive HR Officer for fixed-term maternity cover to support teams across multiple depots. You will provide guidance on HR matters, advise on policies, and help manage employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include drafting contracts, supporting redundancy and TUPE, maintaining records, onboarding 4-weekly starters, and delivering HR data insights to managers. Some travel to other depots is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and support on HR matters, policies, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Support redundancy and TUPE processes, including consultation meetings and data collation
• Draft, amend and issue contracts of employment and process contract variations
• Prepare job descriptions and contracts for new roles and annual pay reviews
• Facilitate and support training and development activities across departments
• Maintain accurate employee records and personal information
• Manage the onboarding process for 4-weekly paid new starters
• Provide HR data and insights to support managers across the different depots
• Conduct driving licence and right-to-work checks and support compliance processes
• Travel to other depot locations as required
• Assist with any other HR-related tasks as they arise.
