DACHSER is hiring an HR Officer to support the UK & Ireland HR Manager in developing and administering a professional HR strategy. The role covers day-to-day HR advice, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, reporting, and training coordination within a GDPR-compliant framework.

You will work Monday to Friday, enjoy generous leave and benefits, and become part of a regional HR team driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration across the business.

Competenze

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and its practical application.
• Experience handling employee relations: discipline, grievance, absence, performance, conflicts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to work independently with proactive, continuous improvement mindset.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with policies and law.
• Support employee relations, including absence management, discipline, grievance, performance, and wellbeing cases.
• Coordinate payroll processes and respond to payroll queries.
• Maintain HR records, ensuring GDPR compliance and data security.
• Manage onboarding for new starters and ensure a positive first-day experience.
• Produce HR reports, data, and KPI information for decision-making and planning.
• Maintain training records and support learning and development activities.
• Build relationships with managers and colleagues to deliver a proactive HR service.
• Support UK & Ireland HR Manager with HR projects and policy development.
• Work independently, owning key HR processes and contributing to the HR team.
