Job summary

TradingView is seeking a Middle HR Generalist to support our generalist HR function across EMEA operations. You will assist payroll administration, contract management, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and respond to employee inquiries.

You will also help with HR data, reporting, and diversity initiatives in a collaborative environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure UK labour law compliance and smooth employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at a professional level.
• 3–4 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK labour law and payroll procedures.
• Experience administering employee benefits.
• Experience in finance or trading domains.
• Familiarity with TradingView product.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processes and liaise with the payroll partner.
• Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments with guidance on complex cases.
• Assist benefits administration and vendor queries.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding and related documentation.
• Handle payslip, tax and leave inquiries from employees.
• Coordinate HR communications, events and employee engagement.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and reporting.
• Maintain HR data, prepare monthly/annual reports, and assist Jira workflow adjustments.
