Job summary

Hawk3 Talent Solutions, acting as an Employment Business, is recruiting an HR Advisor for a small client HR team in Swindon, Wiltshire. The role supports around 150 employees, offering a hands-on, generalist HR remit with real ownership from day one.

You will report to the UK Group HR Manager, provide day-to-day HR support across the business, and work closely with managers. Hybrid working is available after training and probation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience across HR administration and advisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collate and process monthly payroll information and liaise with payroll provider.
• Support and coach managers through disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Lead employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive culture.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration including records, onboarding, benefits and training coordination.
• Provide practical HR policy guidance and absence management support.
