Ideal candidate has solid HR background with payroll experience, knowledge of P11Ds, tax and National Insurance, and strong numerical/data skills. Hybrid working may be considered after six months.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in HR with payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll data, compliance and reporting.
• Familiarity with P11Ds, tax and National Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supports payroll process and may take ownership as payroll moves in-house.
• Produces and reviews HR data and reports.
• Maintains accurate employee records and HR systems.
