Ball Corporation in Milton Keynes is recruiting an HR Generalist to support the HR Manager and line managers across the employee lifecycle. You will deliver a robust HR service, ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, drive employee engagement and deliver a positive employee experience.

You will handle transactional HR tasks, lifecycle administration, HR queries, maintain records, and produce reports and KPI analytics.

Competenze

• HR experience in a similar role.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with HR data and KPI reporting.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Complete HR transactional activities accurately within agreed timescales and high-quality standards.
• Administer employment lifecycle including starters, leavers, transfers, promotions and appraisals.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records.
• Produce HR reports, KPI metrics and workforce analyses.
• Provide payroll administration support.
• Coordinate Occupational Health and absence management activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
