Job summary

DP World is recruiting a HR Generalist to join our UK HR team, based in Minworth/Birmingham. This role supports the delivery of HR programmes, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

You will work closely with business leaders to drive the people agenda, design development initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture. CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience is required.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR programmes and initiatives.
• Assist end-to-end talent acquisition processes including onboarding.
• Be a key contact for HR policies and best practices.
• Support employee relations by advising on performance, absence, discipline and grievances.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, inductions and exits.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and development planning.
• Coach managers to drive leadership and engagement.
• Contribute to employee engagement, rewards and recognition.
