Talantir is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Greater London to provide comprehensive HR support across generalist areas and ensure a professional HR service for management and staff.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, support grievances and performance management, and help maintain policies in line with employment law. Urgent role with room for immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of SMCR is essential for working in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for employees and line managers on HR queries.
• Support grievances, disciplinaries and performance management with escalation as needed.
• Provide in-house HR advice and ensure policies are applied consistently.
• Review and update HR policies in line with employment laws.
• Conduct exit interviews and issue HR letters and documentation.
• Support maternity/paternity leave and flexible working queries.
• Assist with recruitment activities: job descriptions, ads, interviews, offers and contracts.
• Prepare monthly reports and track people-related metrics.
• Oversee staff performance, development and appraisals.
• Maintain personnel files and audit compliance with data protection regulations.
• Source and book training courses from internal and external providers.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and general admin.
