Reward Gateway is seeking a proactive HR Generalist Associate to join the UK People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will gain broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations and projects, while partnering with colleagues in the UK and Bulgaria to deliver excellent people processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and improving processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• Broad HR generalist experience across full employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation for the UK.
