Asta is seeking an HR Advisor to provide generalist HR and payroll support for clients, covering the fullemployee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits administration. You will supervise the HR Administrator and HR Assistant and support the HR Business Partner and Head of Client HR.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, working with multiple clients and ensuring SLAs are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Part CIPD qualified or equivalent with generalist HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client tasks.
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience in client-facing consulting.

Responsabilités

• Be the HR point of contact for clients; provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and support HR Administrator and HR Assistant; run weekly progress reviews.
• Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for clients.
• Oversee onboarding, leavers, background checks, probation, changes to terms and conditions, HRIS updates and communications.
• Review offers, contracts and letters; use Nitro-Sign when appropriate.
• Deliver HR inductions and return-to-work inductions; update policies as needed.
• Assist with benefits programmes and annual salary/bonus review processes.
• Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with client processes.
