KLA is seeking a capable HR professional to support the HR team across the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding activities, conduct inductions, and assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration.
The role involves ensuring compliance with policies and handling sensitive information with discretion. You will support UK HR initiatives, wellbeing, inclusion and community engagement programs, while collaborating with HRBP partners and cross‑functional teams.
The SPTS division of KLA, designs, manufactures and markets wafer processing solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries. SPTS provides industry leading etch and deposition process technologies on a range of single wafer handling platforms. End‑market applications include micro‑electromechanical systems (MEMS), advanced packaging, LED, high speed RF device IC’s and power semiconductors. You will work in a busy HR team supporting the HR team across many elements of the employee lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Level Degree in HR or equivalent experience in a HR field.
