Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a seasoned Technology Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end HR ERP transformation, delivering a modern SAP landscape, SuccessFactors EC/ECP, and unified data across HR, Payroll and Finance. You will drive complex, multi-year delivery with a focus on simplifying processes, improving employee experience, and compliant payroll at national scale.

This senior role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and capability development within a high‑profile environment.

Qualifications

Track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes or portfolios with measurable outcomes.
Experience delivering ERP or major enterprise platforms (SAP preferred) in complex environments.
Strong leadership and ability to align business, technology and suppliers around shared goals.

Responsibilities

Own the full technology delivery lifecycle for the HR ERP programme and align with strategic objectives.
Define delivery tranches, roadmaps and milestones across HR, Payroll, Finance, Data and Integration.
Lead governance, planning, risk and benefits realisation for the programme.
