Job summary

Middlemore is seeking an HR Transformation Programme Manager to lead newly won client engagements, turning them into structured, credible programmes across HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors delivery.

You will shape the scope, build roadmaps, develop business cases and drive delivery through to implementation, working with senior HR, IT and Finance stakeholders while remaining close to the detail to build plans and estimates.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme and project management experience across multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid SAP SuccessFactors delivery background with multiple modules and lifecycles.
• Experience delivering live go-lives and understanding HRIS implementation needs.
• Ability to build credible delivery plans from workshops and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Convert client work into structured programmes with scope, sequencing, governance and resourcing.
• Build HR technology roadmaps over an 18–24 month horizon.
• Develop and defend business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and benefits realisation.
• Lead scoping workshops with clients and delivery teams.
• Maintain detailed programme plans, milestones, dependencies and resource profiles.
• Manage data, integration and system-readiness considerations across the programme.
• Lead multiple projects with separate budgets and delivery teams.
• Prepare status reports and board-level packs without a PMO support.
