Our Future ERP programme will replace fragmented, end of life systems with a modern, integrated SAP landscape that transforms how our organisation operates. Within HR, this includes the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), covering Core HR, Payroll, Onboarding, Compensation & Variable Pay, and a new document management capability.
We are now seeking an exceptional Technology Programme Manager to lead the end to end delivery of this HR ERP transformation - ensuring complex, multi year SAP delivery translates into real business outcomes: simpler processes, improved employee experience, compliant and resilient payroll, and a unified enterprise data model.
