Job summary

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Project Management or IT.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple projects and teams.
• Interest in creativity and learning from experiences.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Understanding customer relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support HR transformation and change initiatives across the HR organisation.
• Assist deployment of new HR tools and new ways of working.
• Help measure performance indicators and priority alignment.
• Contribute to improving employee experience with HR solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner to promote development solutions.
• Assist in communications, project management and change support activities.
