• CV and a Cover Letter must be included with your application.
• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology, PM, Digital/IT.
• Experience with Project Management is a plus.
• Customer relationships and satisfaction are key.

Responsibilities

• Support the UK HR Transformation and Digital team objectives across multiple areas.
• Assist transformation, new HR tools and new ways of working across HR and business.
• Improve HR operations through deployment of new digital capabilities.
• Help measure performance with KPIs and priorities.
• Support communication and change management activities.
