Job summary

Kingston University invites applications for an HR Management Information & Systems Partner to deliver a high-quality data service informing strategic HR decisions. You will manage complex data, drive system improvements, and develop data products for leadership while aligning with the Town House Strategy and People Plan.

Collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders, you will ensure data quality, lead on data protection, and produce timely reports including staff dashboards and statutory

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data reporting, presentation, and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• SQL report writing experience.
• Knowledge of Data Protection legislation.
• Experience in utilising and developing HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
• Plan and deliver the annual Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
• Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
• Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
• Respond to external requests for HR data
• Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
• Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management.
• Work Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week in the office, based in Kingston-upon-Thames.
