Howden is seeking an HR Data Analyst to transform people data into meaningful workforce insights in Retail UK&I. You will develop dashboards and reporting to help leaders understand trends in retention, recruitment, diversity and workforce planning.

Working with HR and business stakeholders, you will drive data-driven decision making and support our people strategy. You will partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs, maintain data quality, and deliver regular HR performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics, people data, workforce planning or HR systems.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Experience interpreting data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a focus on data quality.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Workday or other HR systems.
• Experience using data storytelling or predictive analytics techniques.
