Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR administration or coordinator role.
• Some exposure to payroll administration.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with managers and employees while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating starters, leavers and changes to employee details.
• Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting absence and annual leave processes.
• Arranging interviews, right-to-work checks and onboarding.
• Checking and submitting payroll information, including hours, overtime and absence.
• Helping to resolve routine HR and payroll queries.
