  • Support the administration of contracts, letters, policies, and employment documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding for Europe.
  • Provide recruitment coordination and support, including scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, and supporting onboarding once offers are accepted.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from global teams, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
  • Support the CPO and HR Director with coordination, reporting, and preparation of materials for global people initiatives.
  • Assist with the delivery of global HR programmes including performance management, engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities.
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations using PowerPoint and Canva for leadership meetings, board updates, and internal communications.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures globally.
  • Assist with compliance activities, audits, and data protection requirements.
  • Stay informed on HR best practices and employment legislation relevant to a global organisation.
  • Undertake any other duties as required to support the HR function and wider organisation.
Qualifications

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; confident using Canva and other presentation tools.
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit, advocacy, or international organisation.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems and people analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements for European / Global organisations.

  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrable ability to prepare presentations efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to apply superb attention to detail and consistently produce timely and error‑free work.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with other offices.
  • Strong ability to work on own initiative and show flexibility and resourcefulness to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work at all times.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards accreditation.
