Job summary

The Graduate Project is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join their team in West London. This hybrid role offers the chance to support HR operations in a purpose-driven international charity. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, HR administration, and payroll processes. Ideal candidates will have proven HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, from drafting adverts through to onboarding.
• Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support employee relations matters including absence and policy queries.
• Assist with monthly payroll processes, including starters, leavers and changes.
• Contribute to HR policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR Generalist who enjoys making things run smoothly and wants to see the direct impact of their work day to day.

You will be joining a small, supportive HR team and working closely with the Senior HR Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processes are efficient, clear and well managed.

As a HR Generalist, you will:
