About you:
• CIPD qualified (Level 7 Diploma or equivalent)
• Solid experience working within UK employment law
• Able to manage both routine and complex HR matters, including drafting contracts of employment; onboarding and probation; workplace investigations; grievances; disciplinaries; poor performance; sickness absence; restructure; redundancy; TUPE and termination of employment.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days (or even hours) are the same! Your ability to juggle a high volume of clients – each with unique policies and culture – while delivering practical, tailored HR advice will set you apart.
Strong communication skills are essential. You’ll need to quickly understand client needs and provide clear, actionable guidance that goes beyond simply answering the question asked.
Additional requirements:
• Must have access to your own vehicle
• Must live within a commutable distance of Cardiff
• Occasional travel to client sites (Swansea to Bristol corridor)
