A leading organization in South Wales is seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. The role offers a hybrid working model and involves providing comprehensive HR support across various business areas. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the organization's culture and contribute to its mission.
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join our busy and friendly HR Team on a permanent basis, working 34 hours a week. We offer a hybrid working option to support our colleagues, giving you the flexibility to work from home and attend our sites to ensure interactive working while building positive working relationships.

You’ll work in partnership with various business areas, including housing, support, care, and central services, to deliver operational priorities aligned with our people plan.
We are looking for a true HR generalist who can work closely with managers across the organization to provide advice and guidance on a full range of HR issues, including complex ER cases, change management, and colleague engagement.
You’ll have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and managers, offering coaching and guidance to develop their people management skills and knowledge of best practices. Our new mission is being embedded, making this an exciting time to join our team and influence our culture.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience providing generalist HR advice in line with people policies, employment law, and best practices.
You’ll possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a busy HR operational role.
You need to be CIPD level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience, and be able to travel flexibly to our sites across South Wales.
