Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting for an HR Change Manager to join our Waitrose contract. Based at one of our operations in Milton Keynes, Leyland, Greenford or Reading, you’ll support the contract and deliver the people strategy to drive specific change initiatives while mitigating risk to operations.

This is a full-time, 12-month secondment, predominantly Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable ability and track record delivering change interventions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong generalist HR background with excellent understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations (TUPE, Redundancy, Change of Terms and Conditions).
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior HRBP and Senior Ops Director with stakeholder management and engagement plans for change initiatives.
• Focus on change areas including Reorganisation, Rationalisation, and changes in T&Cs.
• External customer liaison to ensure the customer is informed and updated.
• Create, deploy and communicate HR change projects and consultation plans.
• Identify and analyse change impact, support a change management strategy to mitigate risk and maximise engagement.
