GXO is recruiting for an HR Change Manager to support the Waitrose contract.

Based at one of our Waitrose sites (Milton Keynes, Leyland, Greenford or Reading), you will ensure the contract and its key stakeholders receive the right level of support and active execution of the people strategy to deliver specific change initiatives across the contract, mitigating risk to operations and maximising employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering change interventions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR generalist with solid knowledge of UK employment law and IR.
• Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with TUPE, Redundancy, and changes to Terms & Conditions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr HRBP and Sr Ops Director with stakeholder management and engagement plans for change initiatives.
• Focus on reorganisations, rationalisation, and changes in T&C's.
• External customer liaison to keep the customer informed and updated.
• Create, deploy and communicate HR change projects and consultation plans.
• Identify change impact, assess organisational readiness and support a change management strategy to maximise employee engagement.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Change Manager to join our team, supporting our customer Waitrose. Being based at one of our operations for Waitrose (Milton Keynes, Leyland, Greenford or Reading), you will be responsible for ensuring that the contract and its key stakeholders are given the right level of support and active execution of the people strategy to successful deliver specific change initiatives across the contract to mitigate any risk to the operations, service to our customer and maximise employee engagement.

This is a full time, 12 month secondment, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. With this being a national role, there will be some travel to various sites when required.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Support the Snr HRBP and Snr Ops Director with the creation of the stakeholder management and engagement plans with defined deliverables of specific change initiatives
• Focus on key change areas including Reorganisation, Rationalisation, & changes in T&C's
• External customer liaison, ensuring the customer is fully informed and updated at all times
• Creation, deployment and communication for specific HR change projects and change plans to include delivery of consultation plans
• Identify and analyse change impact, organisational readiness and support a change management strategy that mitigates risk and maximises employee engagement

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Demonstrable ability and proven track record of successfully delivering change interventions in a complex and fast paced environment
• Credible HR professional with a strong generalist HR background with an excellent understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations (TUPE, Redundancy, Change of Terms and Conditions etc.)
• Ability to influence, constructively challenge and impact at all levels with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Holder of CIPD level 5 is advantageous but not essential
