Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd in Deeside, Wales, with some flexibility to work from home, is recruiting two HR Case Managers on a permanent basis. The role focuses on managing long-term absence, UK Right to Work checks, and delivering expert HR advisory support to managers across the business, including complex disciplinary matters, investigations and hearings.

You will work autonomously yet collaboratively within the HR team, while adhering to policy and legal requirements, with benefits including 33 days

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a range of complex HR cases (e.g., absence, disciplinaries).
• Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and its implications for employers.
• Confident communication with managers at all levels, coaching when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR lead on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals.
• Provide proactive HR advisory support to managers across the business.
• Ensure case management details are accurately recorded and tracked.
