Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is expanding its HR team and seeks two committed HR Case Managers. The role is based at Deeside with some home-working flexibility to suit business needs.

You will manage long-term absence, advise managers on complex employment matters, and support investigations and hearings with a commercial focus. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, a track record in HR case work, and CIPD Level 7.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex HR cases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Strong partnership with stakeholders.
• Ideally CIPD Level 7.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of long-term absence and casework.
• Provide proactive HR advisory service to managers.
• Advise on complex people matters with commercial focus.
• Support managers in day-to-day case management of serious issues.
• Prepare letters and documents for hearings.
• Record case details on Case Management System.
• Collaborate with field-based Case Manager colleagues.
• Ensure SLAs are met.
• Coach managers on people management.
